Yesterday we were so happy to finally meet with Jos Blok and Gertje van Roessel from Buurtzorg. They have been very successful building a great home care system in Holland. A system where quality and real time care are more important than paperwork.
They work with an excellent digital environment where working hours, client information and education for the nurses are integrated. With their system they have been able to reduce the costs of the nursing care at home significant while at the same time achieving the highest satisfaction for their clients AND their workers.
We had the honour to be invited to the SVB to explain what Buurtzorg does in Holland and in 30 other countries in the world!
